We are Virginia; USA based organization looking for Expert Vendor for Pre-hospital emergency medical services (EMS) & Emergency billing and money collection related service.

[C] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor shall prepare and submit clean insurance claims electronically to include but not be limited to Medicare, Medicaid, Anthem, Champus and other applicable carriers including both commercial and private insurances.
(2) Vendor must be able to differentiate between residents and non-residents and bill accordingly. Residents are not to receive a bill, though their insurance company shall be billed as applicable for ambulance transports.
(3) In conjunction with processing billing claims, the Vendor shall assist Fire departments with any reporting requirements mandated by the State of Virginia.
(4) Contractor must make arrangements to work with local hospitals to demographic/insurance information directly to ensure seamless transfer of data without need for direct our involvement.
