We are Texas; USA based organization looking for Expert Vendor for Copying/Duplication/Scanning Files & Documents

[A] Notice Type: Solicitation

[B] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[C] Scope of Service:

(1) Approximately 65% of orders will require copying/duplicating only (1 to 8 copies per order with an average of 5 copies per order).
(2) Approximately 35% of orders will require OCR scanning and conversion to text-searchable PDF files, bookmarking/hyperlinking, copying PDF files to CD, and producing “blowback” hard copies from the PDF files (1 to 8 copies per order with an average of 5 copies per order)
(3) NUMBER OF PAGES: Approximately 50 to 3,000 pages per order plus 1 to 125 tab dividers per order with an average of 475 pages and 30 tab dividers per order.

(4) RESTRICTION ON LOCATION OF PRODUCTION FACILITIES:

All production facilities used in the manufacture of the product(s) ordered under this contract must be located within a 25-mile radius of the office located at Farmers Branch, TX 75244. Any bidder intending to use production facilities outside this area should furnish information, with the bid, which will on its face demonstrate ability to meet the schedule requirements. The determination by the Government of the acceptability of this information in no way relieves the successful bidder of the responsibility for compliance with these schedule requirements.

[E] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite; Service provider needs to perform work in their own office premises.
Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before June 21, 2010.
