We are Georgia; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Offsite Medical Transcription Service.

[C] Scope of Service:

(1) We are looking for qualified vendor capable of transcribing medical electronically dictated notes on patient care.

(2) Documents include psychiatric and psychological evaluations, discharge summaries, history and physical examinations, annual reviews, correspondence, consultations, etc.

(3) Documents are dictated into a central digital dictation system by way of touchtone telephones. The system belongs to the outsource company. Dictation can be done and transcription provided on a 24 hour, seven day a week basis.

(4) Digital dictation system available 24-7 with a turnaround time of 24 to 36 hours with a 1-2 hour STAT or priority dictation turnaround

(5) Estimated volume of approximately 1500 reports for a six month period

[E] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite; Service provider needs to perform work in their own office premises.
