[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to redesign our current website using effective and user-friendly Content Management System.
(2) Website should have all latest features like SEO friendly pages, Twitter feeds, article sharing via apps like ShareThis, Really Simple Syndication (RSS) feeds, and blogs.
(3) Website should be developed using MS SQL or MySQL, using php or Cold Fusion (but not .Net)

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises.
