GLOBAL - UK Outbound Calling Services - Budget Between 15000000 GBP to 85000000 GBP

We are UK based organization looking for qualified and experienced Service Provider (From anywhere in the world) for provision of Outbound Calling. Initially the contract will be around 2.5 years and can be extended further for 2 years.
[A] Notice Type: PQQ
[B] Budget: The approximate budget for these services is between 15000000 to 85000000 GBP.
[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Service Provider will be required to make outbound calls and will promote our services.
(2) Service Provider will be required to call our existing customers and some newly started companies to promote our services.
(3) Calls will be made from existing customer data and bought in data of companies who will have not have previously engaged with us.
(4) It should be noted that we are looking enter into an agreement with 3 or more Service Providers.

[E] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite; Service provider needs to perform work in their own office premises.
