We are California; USA based organization looking for Expert Vendor for Web Design Requirement.
[A] Notice Type: RFP (Request for Proposals)
[B] Budget: Our approximate budget is 107395 USD
[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Dynamic navigation: Our staff should have the ability to add/edit/delete navigational elements as the need arises in order to accommodate growth
(2) Major site functions such as posting of content, calendar updates and so forth should be controlled through a password protected administrator control panel
(3) There will need to be two user-types that will have access to the administrator control panel. The first is the ‘super-user’ and they should have access to the entire system. The second user is a regular user and they should have access to everything except the ability to add new users, reports, and the ability to distribute agendas
(4) Include a calendar function and drop down content boxes
(5) Provide a fully operational website, complete with information, forms, maps, links and operational interactive components
(6) Ability to use website as an agenda distribution system to send out important meeting agendas to designated committees
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises.
