USA (Washington DC) Onsite Document Conversion (Scanning) Service

We are Washington DC; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for document conversion service. Contract will be for 1 year and extendable for 4 more years.

Vendor needs to perform the digital conversion for following stuffs:
- Books
- Catalog cards
- Manuscripts
- Still image media, including prints and photographs
- Microfilm
- Microfiche, along with the digitization of various audio-video materials
[D] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[E] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite; Service provider needs to perform work on our office premises.
Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before July 2, 2010.
