USA (Louisiana) Offsite Medical Transcription Service

We are Louisiana; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Offsite Medical Transcription Service.
[A] Notice Type: Invitation to Bid
[B] Budget: Looking for best proposals
[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Medical Transcription service for Physician Clinic Notes, Audiological Clinic Notes & Letters and Correspondence. Those needs to transcribed from dictation provided in Standard Size Cassette Tapes.
(2) Approximate volume of the work will be 50,000 lines per year and 50 letters.
(3) Vendor needs to pick-up the cassette and packages from our office and deliver after the completion of the work.
(4) Turn-around time will be 5 business days excluding weekends and state holidays.

Onshore (USA Only)
[E] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite; Service provider needs to perform work in their own office premises. However, work needs to complete within USA.
[F] Deadline to Submit Proposals: July 22, 2010
