We are Oklahoma; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for web design service.

[C] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to design, develop, and maintain the website for us in such a way that is commensurate with the our objectives and marketing strategy.
(2) Vendor needs to demonstration of proficiency in website design and development through experience in Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, ASP, PHP/MYSql, PERL, VBScript, JAVA, JavaScript, CSS, SSI, Cold Fusion, or other relevant software or mediums

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises.

[E] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
