UK Inbound Call Center Requirement - Budget 12,000,000 GBP

We are UK based organization looking for expert vendor for Inbound Call Center Requirement. Contract will be for the period of 2 years.
[A] Notice Type: PQQ
[B] Budget: 12,000,000 GBP (Excluding VAT)
[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Handle inbound customer calls and provide appropriate high quality customer service to our customers.
(2) Provide all the services - e.g. training, scheduling, scripting etc - as required to support and deliver the previous activity.
(3) Report on all activity on a daily, weekly, monthly and end-of-campaign basis.
[D] Eligibility:
Onshore (UK Only)
[E] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises within UK, or in the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), or the countries which have signed the Government Procurement Agreement (GPA) or other countries which have signed and ratified accession agreements or bilateral agreements with the EU or the United Kingdom.
