Vendor needs to purchase RFP documents directly from Government Authority by paying 25$
[A] Notice Type: RFP (Request for Proposal)
[B] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor will receive files from us, daily zipped files of scanned images in TIF format sorted by court location, filing date, enforcement agency and offence category via secure ftp or via CD when the internet is not available.
(2) Vendor needs to capture the data from these images and output them in a specified format. Each Certificate of Offence requires approximately 300 keystrokes.

Onshore (Canada Only)
[E] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite; Service provider needs to perform work in their own office premises.
Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before May 26, 2010.

Australia Telephonic Survey
We are Australia based organization looking for Expert Vendor for our requirement of Telephonic Survey.
[A] Notice Type: Request for Tender (RFT)
[B] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Service Provider will have to conduct three telephonic surveys. These will be related to housing, maintenance and air-conditioning.
(2) Currently in-house telephone surveys are conducted and the response rate is 80% (approx).
(3) Sample size (Approximate Quota of surveys to be completed)
A) Housing:
i) 1st Quarter 500
ii) 2nd Quarter 750
iii) 3rd Quarter 1000
iv) 4th Quarter 500
B) Maintenance: Initial sample comprises approximately 200 orders per week.
C) Air -Conditioning: Up to approximately 50 installations will be audited each week
(4) Calls will be made on business days between 09:00 and 17:00 Hrs as per local time.
(5) No. of Call attempts: Housing – 5, Maintenance – 3 and Air-Conditioning – 5
(6) Survey Duration in minutes (approx): Housing - 10, Maintenance - 2.5 & Air-Conditioning -2
(7) Sample Delivery: Call lists will be provided by us on a weekly basis. We will provide the Service Provider with a combination of home, work and/or mobile numbers to be surveyed.
(8) Survey scripts: Survey scripts will be provided to Service Provider.
(9) Wrong number policy: Where incorrect numbers are identified, online White Pages™ may be used to obtain correct telephone numbers. Any new telephone numbers that have been found will be passed on to us for appropriate updating.
(10) Missing Data: A reason must be provided for each survey where it has not been possible to collect data. Options must include the following:
a) Refused to participate; b) Maintenance work was done before moving; c) All available telephone numbers were incorrect; d) All available numbers were disconnected; e) 3 or 5 strikes (i.e. no answer 3 or 5 times), depending on survey; f) Unavailable; g) Has moved; h) Work order unclear; j) Other, etc.
(11) Follow-up: Our Performance Measurement team must be notified within 24 hours, about any escalated complaints, compliments, enquiries and feedback arose during survey.
(12) Privacy control: No Information in relation to these surveys is to be transferred outside Australia.
