USA (Texas) Call Answering and Back Office Services

Government Authority located in Texas; USA looking for expert vendor for Call Answering and Back Office Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to process requests for vital records from customers by way of the web or telephone for government authority.
(2) Vendor should provide both a toll free phone number and toll free fax number for applicant to use with the script written by the Vendor.
(3) Vendor should answer calls in less than 2 minutes, 24 hours, 7 days, 365 days per year.
(4) Pre proposal conference will be held on November 30, 2011.
(5) Contract period shall be for one year and it may extend for three additional one year periods.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[D] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
[E] Deadline to Submit Proposals: December 12, 2011
