[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide after hours, training days, on holidays, and as needed, 24/7 Call Answering Services for government authority.
(2) Contract period shall be for one year and it may extend for four additional one year periods.
(3) The Answering service must maintain accurate records for all invoiced calls.
(4) RFP is set aside for Total Small Business.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[D] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
