We are Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor to develop Document management system. This RFP is set aside for Minority Business Enterprise.

Vendor need to provide document management system. An application must be integrated with our current platform Windows 2003 and database MS SQL server.
[C] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
