GLOBAL - Australia Inbound Call Center

We are Australia based organization looking for expert vendor for the supply of Telephone Medical Advice Services available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Contractor needs to provide telephone medical assistance.
(2) Based on historical information, 300-500 dedicated phone calls will be handled by the provider each year.
(3) Last 4 financial years calls are:
(i) 2006-07 – 464 calls
(ii) 2007-08 – 407 calls
(iii) 2008-09 – 333 calls
(iv) 2009 – 10 – 270 calls
(4) This will be an exclusive contract, for a period of five (5) years.
(5) The service provider must be able to provide access to medical specialists, including doctors and specialist physicians, suitably qualified and registered to practice medicine in Australia, and who are experienced in the provision of advice in emergency situations, via a single national number.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[D] Eligibility:
(1) Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
(2) Vendor must have an Australian Business Number (ABN). Where the work is performed or based is not a barrier to tendering for the work provided the organization is able to meet the mandatory requirements.
