Government Authority located in New Mexico; USA looking for expert vendor for Document Scanning Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide prepare, scan images and archive files services for government authority.
(2) Vendor should provide these services for around 32,000, 300,000 and 115,000 images.
(3) Vendor should provide Pick up and/or delivery of documents.
(4) Vendor must be able to provide a volume capacity in excess of 25,000 images per day.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[D] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
[E] Deadline to Submit Proposals: December 16, 2011
