USA (Alabama) Call Center (Call Answering) Service

We are Alabama; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Call Center (Call Answering) Service. The term of this contract will be one (1) year renewable for up to four (4) additional one (1) year.

[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 X 365 days, Call Answering Service.
(2) Approximate annual volume will be 75,000 calls

[C] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.

[D] Eligibility:

Onshore (USA)
