We are California; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Document Management System.
[A] Notice Type: RFP (Request for Proposal)
[B] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Objective of the project is to allow us to efficiently scan and import documents into a central repository.
(2) System must have ability to store, index, search, retrieve, and distribute documents.
(3) System must have ability for keyword searches for purposes of research and document retrieval.
(4) The electronic document management system should also be user-friendly.
(5) The system must have appropriate level of security to protect against unauthorized use or access.
(6) The system should have the ability to transmit and archive data on compact discs, flash drives or zip files.
(7) The user interface must be programmed using Microsoft Windows standards and compatible with all major operating systems.
(8) The expected deadline to complete the project is June 2011.
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their Office Premises.
