We are California; USA based organization looking for Expert Vendor for our requirement of Offsite Medical Transcription Service.
[A] Notice Type: RFP (Request for Proposals)
[B] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Service Provider shall provide transcription services to us including but not limited to the following report types:
(i) Administrative reports; (ii) Clinic notes; (iii) Consultation reports; (iv) Discharge summaries; (v) Echocardiograms; (vi) EEGs; (vii) History & Physicals; (viii) Holter monitor reports; (ix) Letters; (x) Operative reports; (xi) Pulmonary function test reports; (xii) Psychiatric reports (various); (xiii) Rehabilitation summaries and (xiv) Stress test reports.
(2) Patient types for which reports will be transcribed include:
(i) Acute care inpatient; (ii) Ambulatory surgery; (iii) Psychiatric inpatient; (iv) Outpatient Psychiatric; (v) Long term care; (vi) Clinic and (vii) Ancillary.
(3) Work volumes currently consist of between 5,000 and 6,000 reports per month equating to approximately 200,000 sixty-five black character lines of transcription.
(4) Turnaround time performance requirements: (i) STAT reports : 3 hours; (ii) History & Physicals and pre-operative reports: 12 hours and (iii) All other report types: 24 hours

Onshore (USA Only)

[E] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Work cannot be performed outside Boundaries of United States of America.
